Payment for your treatment/s is due at the time of appointment, please be advised that at present there is no card machine available. Correct cash amount, instant bank transfer or PayPal are available
Please note, bank transfers and PayPal payments must be made before appointment time
If your bank does not offer instant transfers; cash or PayPal will be required
Please be on time for your appointment
Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in cancellation and will be considered a no-show
I will always aim to meet the needs of every Client to the best of my ability. In the event that you are unhappy with the services provided, resolution will be sought, but no refund will be offered due to the use of time and product. At any point during the scope of work, all communication must be respectful. Any abuse will terminate this current and future appointments immediately with no refund. This includes both verbal and physical abuse, in person and via any other platform
If you cannot attend your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment time
Failure to do this will incur a no-show charge of 90% of the cost of the missed appointment, this will be payable before your next booking
You may receive a booking reminder, please be advised that the responsibility of remembering each appointment is your own and that reminders are sent manually by myself, and thus may not always be available
If the nature of your appointment changes, please give at least 24 hours notice, including reduction/addition to services required, or changes to the services required
(For example, acrylic extensions rather than gel polish)
Please arrive to your appointment alone as space is at a minimum and to ensure health and safety
Please do not attend your appointment poorly, arriving unwell will result in cancellation of your booking and will incur a no-show charge
This is to protect my clients, myself, and my family from avoidable illnesses. The safety and wellbeing of all who visit will always be paramount.
If your treatment requires a patch test, this MUST be carried out 24-48 hours before your appointment. This is a requirement set out by my insurers and is non-negotiable
Any retention issues following your treatment must be reported to me within 72 hours of appointment. Following this, a complimentary fix will be offered to you, please be aware that Strawberry Bronze Beauty follows a strict no-refunds policy
Gift Cards must be used before expiry, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other treatments
Please let me know if there are significant changes to your health, including new medications or possible pregnancy. This is to ensure the treatments applied are safe.
Be advised that your privacy is not only protected by GDPR, but also of the highest importance to Strawberry Bronze Beauty
Please note, access to the studio is up two flights of stairs
